Important instructions before filling out applications.

  • शिक्षार्थी कृपया ध्यान दे : जिन शिक्षार्थियों ने परीक्षा फॉर्म भरा है , वो अपना परीक्षा फॉर्म फ़िनलाइज़ (Finalize) करना सुनिश्चित कर ले | वही परीक्षा फॉर्म मान्य होंगे जो Finalized है |
  • आवश्यक सूचना - शिक्षार्थियों के आधार सत्यापन हेतु तिथि का अवधि विस्तार 25/04/2024 तक किया जाता है |
  • जून -2024 माध्यमिक(10th ) एवं उच्च माध्यमिक (12th) के परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने हेतु अवधि विस्तार 05/05/2024 तक किया जाता है |
  • आवश्यक सूचना - परीक्षा सत्र दिसम्बर - 2024 में नामांकन /पंजीयन हेतु तिथि का निर्धारण का विस्तार दिनांक 03/04/2024 तक किया जाता है | रु.300 विलम्ब शुल्क (Fine Fee) के साथ |

  • Reasons for rejection of application:-
    • 1:-Photo/Signature not visible.
    • 2:-Uploaded documents not proper.
    • 3:-Gap year between 10th and 12th should be of two year.
  • Use user id and Password to login.
  • Only eligible candidates as per guidelines/advertisement should fill up the form.
  • After filling up application form click on submit button to save your application as Draft.
    • You may print the application form as draft.
    • Verify your entries before submitting finally, No modification can be made after final submission.
    • Application ID will be generated after final submission.
    • Only finally submitted application will be considered.
  • Print a copy of finally submitted application form.(For reference only)
  • Before uploading photo and signature ensure that.
    • Photo size should be less than 50 kb. (Preferred dimension : 200 x 230 px).
    • Photo should be cleared, not blurred and should not be selfie.
    • Signature size should be less than 50 kb. (Preferred dimension : 140 x 60 px).
  • Filling the application form will consist of following subsequent steps:-
    • Step 1:- Registration
    • Step 2:- Personal Details
    • Step 3:- Educational Qualification
    • Step 4:- Upload Photo & Signature
    • Step 5:- Upload Document
    • Step 6:- Finalise and submit application
